"When in late just before closing and the store was extremely busy. Jonathan was the only one working and he welcomed us as soon as we entered the store and said that he would be with us as quickly as he could. Between dealing with several other customers he would come and ask what we were looking for and point us in the right direction to look at their products. We were the last customers left, and it was well after closing time when he was finally able to help us. He did not rush us and advised he would take all of the time needed to help us make an informed decision. Normally we look, go home and think about it, and then go back and purchase something. Since Jonathan went well above and beyond his sales duties we purchased from him that night. He is a outstanding sales person and tries his best to assist you on any way he can. I would definitely recommend this store, as well as Jonathan an outstanding salesperson for a Job Well Done!"

"Kat was incredibly helpful. She went out of her way to ask follow up questions to ensure that we were getting the best possible mattress within our budget (and helped us save quite a bit, too). Would definitely recommend. Edit: Kat is still wonderful. I returned to schedule delivery, though, and she was not there. I was “helped” by Rick, who felt the need to raise his voice and speak with an incredibly condescending tone. I ended up waiting for Kat to return to finish my order because I will not be spoken to in the way that Rick did."
