"I strive to avoid posting negative reviews on any site. I give benefit of the doubt where ever and when ever I can but I have to let you know about my experience with Bobby. I called, explained the issues and provided photos of the furniture. Bobby quoted me $300 for refin of dresser top and $65/hr at 2 hrs for my table top and he would do both on site. Immediately upon entering the home he began commenting on costs, time etc. Within 5 minutes the price went to $600-$800 and he was taking the furniture to his shop vd doing it here. I was a little uneasy at this point but still wanted to get the refinish done. He had to leave to rent a truck and as soon as the front door closed he told Phillip "Im not touching that for less than $1000.00". Please note I have security cameras and they recorded his comment outside the home. I immediately called him and cancelled the project. What is also interesting is when he was in the house inreasing the price he repeatedly said my furniture was high quality but after I cancelled the job he said essentially its just Rooms to go furniture so it would be cheaper to replace it."

"Bobby did a fantastic job on my 100 year old oak dining table, 6 chairs, and hutch. His customer service was outstanding. He went over and above to make sure I had the right color and was happy. I am very pleased and would highly recommend his services."
