"What a nightmare working with Lance was. Lance is very inexperienced in many areas. Like customer service, honesty, hard work, ethics, due diligence and apparently lexus/toyota. But he was more than happy to order the wrong part and have it installed, and take my money without fixing the problem. Then said to me he wouldn't charge me labor to take it out, but did. Then said he would NOT order the correct part to make it right, I would have to order it and bring it in and he wouldn't warranty it. He did want me to try and order the parts to "patch" the original non-fix. It's funny how he went from over-confidently ordering the parts without discussing with me at all, to not wanting to order the parts himself. Very unprofessional and deceptive. Lance does the bare minimum and hides behind "I just did what you told me to do". After he lied to me, didn't fix my vehicle and took my money he kept calling me "my man", so I said, "I'm not your man if you're treating me like this"...and he then proceeded to toss my key to me across the counter. Hope this review helps someone steer clear of these shade tree wannabe mechanics."

"I love this place. Lance and Dan to be specific. We have a 2018 gmc sierra which needed a new motor. Covered under warranty we assumed this would be a breeze for all involved... NOT SO MUCH. The hoops these poor guys had to jump thru to satisfy the warranty company (efg enterprise financial group). We called Lance almost daily and he always made time to walk us thru what was going on. Lance went above and beyond to make sure we were happy. And once the warranty company did what they were suppose to do Lance and Dan finished in a timely manner. I will never take my vehicle any where else. Thank you both for your hard work."
