"Our Tempurpedic came damaged and the manager Ray at 23rd street location in Panama City argued about the damage…and to get another one in was going to be an extra 10 days. We have a beach condo so do not live there But was willing to do that but then I asked for 2 pillows to be thrown in for Inconvenience and he couldn’t do that. To be fair he Deducted the delivery fee & two pillows. But my husband had to drive an extra hours in traffic to pick up pillows that were supposed to be delivered! The manager Ray said they couldn’t see any damage but if we are spending over 6,000$ for a mattress I do NOT WANT TO SEE MARKS ON IT. So all in all they lost a 6,000$(over) sale over 2 pillows! Annah has been great all times prior!"
