"My family and I took our very first vacay to Florida, on HWY 30A/ Santa Rosa Beach near Destin during the first week of July. On the very last night of our vacation after a beautiful evening with our friends on the beach, I somehow lose my key on the beach that was for our rental vehicle. After a huge mess with the first locksmith we called, Trident Lock and Key come to our rescue! The locksmith saw our predicament and knew we needed to get our damaged vehicle towed right away. He called a tow company, Destin Tow Brothers, who quickly made their way to our location before the next guest came to our rental house. Stan, got us immediately connected with a mechanic, PREMIER CARS, who not only received our vehicle from the tow company but began working on our vehicle that exact same day! Johnny, made it his top priority to get my family back on the road as fast as possible so that our family wouldn’t have to prolong our vacation. He saved us hundreds of dollars that we would have otherwise spent at a dealership. Johnny was EFFICIENT, HONEST, & PROFESSIONAL IN EVERY ASPECT OF HIS WORK. "Unfortunately Premier Car's is only concerned about the bottom line, not providing you with a quality car. They recently brought a car to our shop for service and refused to fix the car properly. The car's cylinder block needed a complete tear down and rebuild and all they would allow us to do was the cylinder head work. Even after we warned them (Stan) a number of times that the fix we did would carry no warranty he still declined to fix the car properly. Premier Car's knew about the issue and we had them sign the final invoice (see pictures) showing the work would not fix the car's inhereint issues. All Stan Nikolov wants to do is cut corners and point fingers at other business's for their own shortcomings. In closing, I would be very cautious of buying a car from Premier Car’s and make sure you take it to a reputable shop for a pre-buy inspection!"
