"Scheduled a month in advance for some light damages to be repaired. Called today to confirm my appointment and was told they could not repair my vehicle. In a months time no one from the shop contacted me to let me know they couldn’t perform the repair. If they had called me I would have found another repair shop in the last month. I scheduled my repair a month in advance to have the repair done over spring break so that only having one car wouldn’t affect my family as much. Thanks for nothing Gerber, avoid this unprofessional shop."
