"Troubleshooting Ignition misfire They did a good job analyzing the root cause of my vehicles Ignition misfiring, they were very analytical and took time to explain what was causing the problem. They ordered new components (New spark plug cables). Had to wait about 2 hours for delivery, but once delivered they installed the cables quickly. Only criticism was that the markup on the cables which were ordered from O'Reilly parts was more than double had i purchased the cables myself. But the problem seems to be fixed now."
"They were fast and they communicated well about what was wrong, and how they would fix it. I was very impressed bc I usually go to fort Walton assuming Destin prices would be too high, but the cost and the service were outstanding. Both the gm Chase and the mechanics spoke with me. I was impressed with the knowledge that they had- they knew things about my car and truck that only experts and serious car enthusiasts would know. You could tell their qualification & passion, and they really wanted to help"

"My mother took her vehicle in due to a battery issue during the cold snap. She was told that they would try to recharge the battery. (.5 hour labor). Tell her need a new battery and charge her for a new battery and 1 hour labor based upon location of the battery. When Chase is questioned on his work 1.5 hours of labor? And if the dead battery (12 months old)can be recovered and returned to the location it was originally purchased so there can be a refund for the old battery? Answer is no and that I am not taking advantage of your mom she agreed to the work and I did the labor. Actually Chase doesn’t care about the clientele in the area and does try and take advantage of the elderly and people that are on fixed income. Question his work ask questions his true colors come out."
