"I had 4 nails on a metal plate come into my tires and leave me with a flat. I have run-flats so I called Goodyear and the manager told me to come on in. I got there, and he let me know what my options were and we ordered two new tires from Tallahassee that were there and put on within 24 hours! A true lifesaver!!!"

"Dishonest. I coordinated and sent my son here for new tires, I paid for the service.. The staff asked if he wanted an alignment done, and he said no, clearly. The store went ahead and allegedly did an alignment anyway, but provided no alignment report. For all I know they just charged him and didn’t do the alignment. Either way, it was an unauthorized charge. I will never recommend or use this store again."

"Goodyear Service center went above and beyond for my Family today! It is challenging to give credit to all of the boots on the ground directly so I want to thank everyone @ the Destin Goodyear center for helping solve a MAJOR problem. A previous manager was responsible for repairing the tire months ago which led us to adding air regularly. The current manager James understood our concern and was willing to make it RIGHT. There was a damaged wheel lug stud that James also made the Right call to replace. After having the leaking tire and broken stud replaced, James called to inform us that the tires are rotated, balanced, and he personally called corporate on our behalf to have the replacement costs waived. I cannot express how grateful we are that someone, like James, was willing to take full responsibility of a problem and FIX it, especially these days, to make someone else's day better. When company policy could easily have swept this event under the rug and said sorry about your luck, 1 man demonstrated true leadership showing a group of hard workers how to take care of your customers. This is a sign that GOOD people that are ,working long hours, in service to others are still available! James, team, and company have earned a long time customer!"

"Fantastic Place-- Lane took great care of me and I love my new Goodyear Comforts. Mason ordered the tires from Tallahassee and they arrived on time the next day. I had an alignment done and opted for the three year unlimited service which means if the alignment is needed I already paid for it with just a 60 buck upgrade. The Goodyear Comfort tires are the quietest smoothest tires I have ever owned. If you take long trips like us and you like a smooth quiet ride this is your tire-- 10 points out of 10 on the tire, the service and their speed to get the job done. UPDATE I took my Nissan back for more exceptional service. This time for an oil change and replacement of brake fluid. All done on time and while I was there they fixed a TPS (tire sensor) for free that had been damaged during my previous install of my tires. If you are in the area for a quick stay or live here like me this is the best place for service. Make sure you see Mason or Lane you will not be disappointed."
