"I am not complaining Acentria Insurance located at 4634 Gulfstarr Drive, Destin, FL. But I am completely up set with an employee name; Chelle Sprouse. Chelle Sprouse can't read computer and customer made payments twice, but she can't catch that! That maybe okay too since she seems working at home and she maybe 70-80 years old (I am old and retired too), BUT what I can't accept is that this woman Chelle Sprouse hang up on me twice during conversations when I was asking about I made payments twice. Chelle Sprouse attitude was unbelievable and she still didn't see I made a payment twice even 3 weeks after I made a payment twice! 1. Chelle Sprouse said, she only see one payment came thru the mail, so I told her how about "I called you personally made a payment with you?" She forgot I called her made a payment on the phone with her!!! Then she got up set and hang up on me; I called her back immediately(time shows 9:38am hung up and I called Chelle Sprouse back at 9:38am) since I didn't finish the business. I asked Chelle Sprouse if she hung up on me or disconnected; do you know what Chelle Sprouse said to me? "You hung up on me!!!!" ???? I was speechless!!! Why I hung up on her and called her back within a second!!!!!???? 2. I asked Chelle Sprouse I want to speak to her supervisor a several times and her answered was same thing, "if you call, operator going to connect to me!" She didn't want me to connect with her supervisor nor how to read and solve the problems. I finally asked if she own the company so she doesn't have the supervisor; she hung up on me again! 2nd times!!!!! I've been this company for 10 years. I've been loyal, and valued customer for 10 years. This woman; Chelle Sprouse should stay home or go to a training class for anger management. She shouldn't be working in public."

"This company is the LAST I would EVER use!! Due to the incompetence of a hired person in their Apalachicola office, our wind insurance lapsed. THEN, when we requested a quote, we saw it would not take effect for 30 days after writing and we are in hurricane season!!!! Additionally, another $350 (+/-) was tacked on for "New Insurance" when it was the companies fault that it got canceled in the first place!!!! And, the 'new quote' was sent to the mortgage company for payment without any consent from us!!!! Unbelievable... Can we get a phone call from anyone in charge to explain this? NO! Done with this company...and you should be too."

"The lady who has been working there 22 years may need a refresher. I tried to obtain insurance through y’all but after she ran some info said we were uninsurable and no one would help us. I said there’s nothing you can do? Maybe recommend someone. “Hunny I been doing this 22 years no one will insure you” was her response. Well we did find someone to insure us at a better rate then your original quote!"
