"Employees around to assist, cashiers available. Clean, neat, and quite cool throughout the store. I shopped for specials - all well-stocked. I used to only go to Publix, so I compared a few common items - non-sale items similar, maybe a little less than at Publix. Nicely laid out store, spacious. I'll be back!"

"I understand why shopping at the competitors is a pleasure. I went to this store location for a simple purchase and cash back. I wasn’t greeted by anyone and I mean anyone, but I was raised with manners so I initiated the greeting. I asked the question of the maximum cash back and was told $100 per day, which I did question but eventually accepted. I decided to make an additional purchase and had to go to another cashier, again never greeted. Instead the two cashiers decided to speak creole to one another about me, but lucky for them that’s one language I can understand and I was able to interject. The cashier boldly with a deep stare in her eyes said you can’t have cash back, I responded I understand and didn’t ask for cash back please ring up my purchase. She proceeded to say there are cameras you can’t have cash back, at this very moment I became frustrated, because clearly I wasn’t the one not understanding. I proceeded to buy and have her cash in hand, she returned my change on the counter. For me this is very much disrespectful. I asked for a manager which was called for a customer prior and who never showed up. I will never ever go to another Winn Dixie, because customer service is poor and the disrespect is at an all time high!"

"It is no wonder that most Winn-Dixie stores have closed. I normally do not shop there because of previous bad experiences. Since it is conveniently on my way home, I decided to stop really quick to get a bag of croutons. That's all I needed, and I thought I would be in and out. Nope. It took me about 15 minutes with only one person in front of me. The lady had to leave her register to go help the other 2 cash registers. One that was dealing with a homeless and demented man causing trouble, and the other apparently did not know what he was doing. I'm sure they have a high turnover ratio. Who can work there? I don't use this word often, but I grew up in Miami, and I can tell you this place is outright ghetto. From the customers to the staff, it is like walking into an insane asylum. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Never again will I step foot in a Winn Dixie."

"This store is extremely run down along with that entire shopping center. The frozen food department freezers do not work properly and have not for YEARS. Many items are literally frozen to the shelf. The produce area is nice. I bought fried chicken from the deli in the HOT case and it tasted very freezer burned, I don't know what that is about. The parking lot is gross and full of trash. Employees I've never had an issue with they've always been nice. The non existent open registers are pretty much the norm everywhere so I can't really ding this store for that. When I first moved here years ago this location did pilot self check out and that lasted a hot second. They need to either shut down this location or remodel the the entire store and that gross parking lot."

"Every item i bought was stale. The fried chicken is normally very good it was coarse dried out and taste like the flea market popcorn. Some areas were unstocked. I got great customer service from a Haitian employee who seems to walk with a limp he was upbeat professional and helpfu hence the 3 stars cause based on the other employees and the store it would be 1 starl. The prices are very reasonable."
