"Horrible service don't even bother shopping here went to go get a few things and was totally ignored when I got up to the cashier. Was waiting on her to say she's ready never said anything so the person behind me went ahead while I waited and then she rings him up and says to the guy was she needing anything she should of said something!! Excuse me lady why should I have said something when I'm right in front of you. It's your job to ring and assist customers not mine maybe if you werent ignoring me and looking all pissed off and did your job you Wouldn't have this problem. Its your job to speak up and say do you need any help not mine.family doller needs better employees. not some rachet hood rats who hate there jobs but I guess that's why they get the job in the first place lack of education and communication and people skills. The bottom of the barrel of jobs. Do better family doller Fire your lazy employees"

"It was 2 ladies in there tonight I got off of work and rushed here and when I arrived at 9:45 they had the doors locked and closed I told them that it was not 10 why is the doors locked they insisted that they were closed. This isn’t fair and very bad customer service I would not recommend this location at all"

"THE WORST STORE THAT I HAVE EVER VISITed IN MY ENTIRE LIFE.. I have never experienced having an encounter with such a HORRIBLE STAFF, SO RUDE and incompetent. Not only did the person that was working on that shift said that dogs were not allow (which they don’t have any paper at the door saying such thing) but added that she didn’t like dogs. This is not the first time going to this store that the staff has been gross and rude (but shame on me that I tried to go back) No wonder why it’s always empty. I hope the owner can pay attention to all the complains because if they don’t pay attention to what a horrible staff they have, I don’t see that horrible store being open for too long. What a shame that they have people that do not know how to be polite and do not have any type of manners or education to deal with customers. Shame on you Family Dollar. The worst store ever."

"This place has the most rude employees ever. You walk in, and they act like you're BOTHERING THEM. they don't follow protocol and are rude. They also do not have signs for pets, which can be misleading since in Florida, pretty much everyone has a pet."
