"We purchased the Skylar sectional, Alden coffee table, and the Alden end table and we couldn’t be happier. Racquel was extremely helpful, and wasn’t pushy was like other sales reps can be! When it comes to pieces of furniture, you aren’t able to tell the true color or quality of something by ordering online elsewhere. Going to City Furniture and seeing things in person made it so much easier! They really have everything you need to complete a room. Ask for Racquel!"

"I went in 1/7/24 and Noami took care of me in store and was great. Wasn’t a pushy seller gave us space. She also gave her input on the furniture and there wasn’t a problem in store . Today 1/9/24 the furniture got delivered. I went and bought the little table and instead got a big old photo of a map of the world. That is my table currently. I called customer service and they told me that they couldn’t send me the table top I ordered till 1/16/24 which to me is unacceptable. I understand that mistakes can be made but it’s how you try to fix them that can really affect your reputation. I was ok waiting a day or two for the glass top but now I have to go to the warehouse on my own personal time in my own truck to get it because a week was unacceptable. Customer service representative sounded like she was asleep while helping me. Update 1/10/24. City furniture reached out to me and try to make it right. I have to give them that. Even though I couldn’t get my table glass faster atleast they tried and I give them a fair review Update: 1/13/24 so I got the glass table fixed I went and picked up the correct part. Today I disassembled my old bed and started to build the bed that was delivered on the same date. I noticed they sent me the duplicates of the same part and missed another part. Warehouse workers must not be able to read. Real frustrating because now my bed is torn apart and I can’t finish it today."

"Friendly people, great selection, but watch out for all the extra fees they try to add on. The delivery experience was great. Two very professional delivery agents made sure everything was set-up as we wanted. They cleaned up afterwards very nicely. As mentioned earlier, had they not tried to sneak in $2K (~16%) in fees via their iPad, this was a 5 star experience."

"Debra, our sales consultant was friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. She was available to answer our questions, but gave us the space we needed to discuss our decision. We also appreciate that the Manager came by to confirm the items we wanted to ordered; just to make sure there was no mix-up in selection and avoid unnecessary disappointment at delivery. The delivery team had the right balance of friendliness and efficiency. Each member said "hello" to us when they entered our home and they got straight to work unloading and setting up the sectional. So far we are very pleased with our selection and hope that we get many years of enjoyment from the Austin sectional in green."

"I invested $10,000 and opted for the warranty. However, a year later when I attempted to make a claim, it was denied on the grounds that the issue was not covered. Overall, my experience has been disappointing, and I strongly advise against choosing this option and spending your money, as it does not prove to be worthwhile. The 1-3 year plan warranty appears to be a scam, so exercise caution and explore other alternatives. Update : same day that i posted my review I received a phone call from Steve and we schedule a technical visit to do the the assessment, I requested the day off from work in order have the home - visit, nobody came to my house, nobody called to follow up or reschedule. ! PLEASE DO NOT BUY ANYTHING THERE OR FROM THEM, poor quality, bad customer service."
