"The people who work at the pharmacy have no work ethic at all. They are very rude! I called to talk to the Pharmacy manager since the lady who answered the phone wasn’t helping at all, but she was not available. They didn’t have a store manager or a pharmacy manager for the whole weekend so nobody could help me with my issues. I’m glad that I don’t have to go to that pharmacy anymore since I was able to transfer my medication to another pharmacy. If you can get your refills at a different Walgreens store, do so because the people here at this location on Reinhard Rd, and Lake Mary Blvd, are terrible."

"Walked in this morning to get cigarettes...the blonde older lady that was the cashier was so rude..yes, I forgot my ID, which Walgreens has to scan..I understand that..but to snatch those cigarettes away and be so rude is unexcusable...guess what? I am a cashier also...and have lived in lake Mary for 37 years..I would guess your un happy and it shows."

"wow, how there are such inhuman people working in a pharmacy that the people who go to that pharmacy are poorly served by the supposed manager who is the person who is supposed to treat people well, I spent almost 1:40 min. In the store waiting for a medicine, the supposed pharmacy manager, a woman of color who was insensitive, not only to me, but also to all the people who, throughout the time I was waiting for my prescription, treated them despotically without sensitivity, even the employees treated them very arrogantly, what a shame that a Adi person works with people who are suffering from a condition plus a medication that they are paid for. Thanks to a Latina employee who attended with great understanding and kindness, she helped me and equally attended to the clients. Love, God bless her. I let the Management know so that they can see the store's cameras to see if what I say is a lie, that person is inhumane to people who suffer from conditions that are not pleasant for anyone else, treating us that way is a HP..."

"Very friendly store. We walked-in for annual vaccines which we will have to schedule for another day, however the main store staff was great and patiently guided on purchases and ongoing specials. Very attentive, patient and knowledgeable. We picked up couple toys for my 5 yr old son and ended up picking up stuff for home too. Carolina and Karen were amazing and guided us finding what we were looking for. A very pleasant experience. I had always thought Walgreens was just a pharmacy, I was pleasantly surprised it is much more. Will definitely visit this store again"
