"Absolutely ridiculous we ordered subs for pickup at 6:50pm on Saturday December 2. We got there at 6:50 they said ooh we didn’t see your order or anyone else’s so now they are way behind. But then they only helped people in line ordering subs. They kept telling us to wait! Like we ordered in advance!! This has happened so many times. For now on we are not prepaying, so when the subs aren’t ready on time.. you can make them for free! We will not wait!! WE DIDN'T GET OUR 2 SUBS TILL 7:40 pm"

"Don't rely on your online pre-ordered food to be either ready on time, or properly prepared, and definitely don't use the prepayment option. I believe I'm done trying to get subs from here. I've had many lunches be made late, causing me to be late getting back to the office, and many more made so horribly that there's no way it wasn't done on purpose. I always order the same things so I'm familiar with the size the subs and wraps should be before even opening the package, and I kid you not that I've had them try to pass off a wrap 1/4 the size it usually is, and instead of owning up to it, tried to write it off as normal. Today I decided I'm only going to wait 5 minutes past the scheduled pickup time, then I'm out, because they've held me up beyond 15 minutes before and I wasn't playing that game again. Sure enough, it never came out. So, if you think you're saving time by ordering online, don't count on it. They may have it out on time but usually not."

"This Publix has gone way downhill. No one ever greets you anymore. The deli hires people that either don't know what they're doing or weren't trained very well. Publix used to have excellent customer service, so I don't know what happened."
