"I have been coming here for years. The service of the pharmacy has severely declined. Very long wait times especially on the drive through. Delays in getting refills and odd events (such as my refill was sent to a Walgreens Apopka that I had never heard of). Try to avoid this location if you can. I am adding an edit, because I’ve come to realize the pharmacy is the only place lacking. They’re chronically understaffed in all departments. The picture department is basically nonfunctional. You used to be able to call a sales associate to help you, it looks like they ripped off the help button. Last time I visited there is only one cashier on the floor taking care of like 10 people."

"Very bad service in the photo department. The email said the order was ready by 252. I get there at 545 and the order was still not done. The guy had the audacity to say that the order was not ready since there was no time for them to do it. They ended up charging me for the order and in this case could have discounted for poor service."

"This Walgreens is a disaster!!!! I have never had so many incidents of total incompetence! The sad thing is they are very nice once you prove to them how badly they messed up and 90% of my visits have been having to prove my pick up order was paid for already, I even have a pick up order, a prescription was sent in, a prescription was already picked up. I keep being told new employees, system down, etc.... But 10 out of 12 visits being absolutely crazy with having to pull emails, call dr's, show receipts... I wont be using this location anymore!"

"The times I have been coming to this Walgreen pharmacy, it has been good experience. The employee in the pharmacy, I believe Geronica, is helpful. Even though things seem hectic and understaff, she works hard and treats customer professionally."

"They don’t even deserve a star . ( maybe the photo shop). Please believe all the negative reviews about them, they really are that bad. Last week, they said I didn’t have any refill s left when I was looking at the prescription with one. This week, they had my script filed away in a drawer two days after they told my husband it would be ready in three hours. Like I did last week, I took and went to Publix. Those are just two of the many offenses I’ve had to deal with them."
