"Today had a very bad consumer experience. We bought this 12 month size outfit and washed it prior to putting on baby. The baby is 9 months old and 15 pounds. As you can see we could not put this around the baby’s neck because it is only 3 inches around the neck and 12 inches long for closure. Did not have the tags nor receipt. We have bought numerous items from this store. What we expected to get was a store credit for a defective item. But the sales lady was very adamant that we should have not washed it in hot water nor put in dryer and very bluntly said no. There was not one ounce of understanding, just said they would not take it back. Just to let you know to keep your receipts and tags for some time if you ever buy from them. I will never come back nor refer this business. Sad to think that they will be open for long without referrals. Referrals and returning customers are what will determine a business’s success."

"Great inventory, have bought here several times, spent a decent amount of money here. I came unfortunately without a receipt for a defective item, size 12 shrunk to size 6. Owner said I could not return it because it was washed and it didn’t have the tags (because it was washed, did not use hot water as she suggested). Of course I would wash clothes before I put them on my child. Unhappy because we were never able to put it on the baby that we bought for a specific occasion. Sad that there was no flexibility on a defective product, so I won’t come back or refer this business. Will purchase directly from the vendor websites moving forward. Hopefully the business considers returning customers in future."

"This was a cute little shop my friend and I happened by today. Some really cute things. Whole room of baby clothes and lots of Florida type gifts and jewelry."

"The owner showed her prejudiced side. I won't call her a racist as she did not speak much to definitively form that opinion however, her tone when she did speak and body language definitely projected such. The shop had very cute clothes, yet if you are conscious about where your $$ is going and do not want it going into the pockets of a person who has negative reactions to interracial couples, I implore you to shop elsewhere! - Story to follow. Myself (black), husband (white), mother (black) & daughter (b/w) were shopping for a sunhat for the baby (5 mos). As we walked in, we gushed at how cute the clothes were and had decided on a sun hat when the owner heard us speaking and came to greet us. As she was walking around the corner she was in the midst of saying her welcome sentence that I am sure she has said millions of times. Yet before she finished her welcome and rounded the corner she saw us. Her cheery welcome turned into a disgusted dismissive greeting. Her body got stiff as if she didn't know what to say. Then she watched us (#shoppingwhileblack). Didn't offer any help in finding an item. So my mother broke the ice and asked about baby socks. The woman quickly interjected very loudly then walked back around the corner from which she came. We left. My husband was so uncomfortable & my mom was content with not purchasing the hat....even though she really wanted to buy it :/ I always hoped my baby wouldn't have to go through this experience in life. Although she won't remember, she's only been 5 months on this earth and has had her first one."
