"Very bad online customer service, with zero retail experience. Every time i do an order it gets canceled and no one is able to give a valid reason behind that. I tried for four times already and called five times to verify my personal details and confirm that the info provided is correct. Such an awful experience for the past week. Tjmaxx you really need to consider a serious training program for your staff at the call center if you really care about maintaining and retaining customers."
