"HORRIBLE at customer service. I was trying to inquire about the status of a medication. A pharmacist called Jax answered the call. I was trying to understand the confusion between a conversation that took place the day before between him and my mother. She understood that the medication wasn’t going to be delivered and Jax said that he told her it could be delivered but my mother refused. Mind you, my mother is an elderly woman who obviously would benefit from a delivery service. When I tried to clarify and understand what the issue was, Jax dared to raise his voice and talked to me in an abusive tone. I do not condone this type of behavior for any reason. Respect goes both ways and there is a way to talk to customers. I asked him not to talk to me like that and it was throwing fuel to the fire. The individual went ballistic raising his voice even more. I do not recommend the services provided by this company. Having an abusive individual mistreating customers is a major no go."

"Care Now Pharmacy is so compassionate. They go out of their way to meet whatever need you have. I was on vacation in Texas and needed my medication and they shipped it to me at no charge. There was another time I was home and couldn’t get to the pharmacy and they delivered it to my home for free. I can’t get that kind of service and care at other local pharmacies. There was also I time when we were struggling and the cost of our prescriptions were way more than we could afford, and Care Now worked with foundations and manufactures to reduce the cost. They have truly been a life saver to our family. I highly recommend using them - you won’t be disappointed. They live up to their name."
