"Have been with Pine Brook Pharmacy on Spring Hill Drive for TEN YEARS and never had any problems until about 6-8 months ago. Prior to 6 months ago, all of the same staff was always friendly and always helpful. They always got our orders correct every time. They handled everything for us from contacting the doctors, getting refills, contacting us with any drug interactions, etc etc etc. They always filled all of our prescription on the same day every single month so that we didn't need to be called or come in multiple times thru out the month. About 6 months ago, ALL of the staff we had for 10 years disappeared. We have no idea what happened or where they all went. We have had nothing but problems. Half the time they can not fill our scripts (that we have been getting from them for TEN YEARS) and claim that their "supplier" refuses to carry our name brand drugs. The other times we pick up our scripts only to find out 2 or 3 of them are missing. I am assuming that 6 months ago they also switch drug suppliers. They call us dozens of times thru put the month to pick up prescription because they cant get them all filled on the same day. Now they want to send us to CVS to go get the drugs that they cant get. IF I WANTED TO DEAL WITH A CONGLOMERATE LIKE CVS OR WALGREENS, I WOULD NOT BE GOING TO PINEBROOK! I dealt with Walgreens and CVS many times in the past and refuse to do any business with them. What the heck happened to my Neighborhood Friendly Pine Brook Pharmacy? We all want it back!"

"Not the same effort and friendliness as before. Went there transferring my prescriptions and they gave my prescriptions but never heard of them again. Decided to switch back to my original pharmacy. Was a customer for more than 5 years."
