"Store : 7305 Springhill dr, 34607 I always having to call to see whats going on with my medications and constantly doing their job and contacting my Dr’s just get my refills rolling. They have lied to me several times about sending requests to my Dr’s for refills and never did. I have been getting my medications delivered because I have no vehicle and can’t walk for years. Then my Trulicity they say we can’t deliver them but yet been getting them delivered from Walgreens for a year and just got my monthly supple last month. Like why would i lie about that. They tell me their records don’t show if I picked them up or had it delivered which i find that hard to believe due to paper trail, fees and records hahaha im so done goodbye no loyalty or compassion! They rather fight and argue on the phone instead of researching and try to understand the situation like they have been trained to do. Ridiculous customer service behavior, unprofessional. Good bye you will not be missed."

"This location is a total joke. Dropped off a script at 6pm. Tiffany asked if I want to pick it up today, I said yes. She said come back after 7, we'll be open late. Didn't mention they close at 8pm....who closes at 8?! I came back 8:45 to find them closed. Asked the supervisor what they can do, they offered absolutely no help. And its the day before thanksgiving....and theyre closed. Tiffany is a complete joke and always has a nasty attitude. Every. Single. Time. Never coming back."

"Literally was in the line at 7:47.. they close at 8 . Waited behind two cars and when I finally got to the window it was 7:58. They already had the window boarded up with no one behind me .. it’s seriously rude and unprofessional. They should’ve served me and Boarded up behind me I was there before 8. Period"

"I would recommend this Walgreens to absolutely everybody, the customer service here is the best. Very respectful very kind and attentive to our needs, they helped us out with pictures for a birthday, let us use there scissors and was very patient with us. Barb was the one to help thank you !"

"Everytime I have scripts to pick up I use the Drive through. For convenience but it is so slow. And with the price of GAS it's not as convenient. When you make it to the window you can see at least four to five people working in the Pharmacy but no one comes to the window to help. And the signs says DON'T PUSH THE BUTTON IT DOESN'T WORK..?? Why don't they FIX IT..!! I've worked in Customer service and it was said that the customer always comes first. NOT AT THIS WALGREENS. I understand that some times it gets busy and you have to wait but ten minutes at the window without anyone to even Acknowledge that you're there. I have always used Walgreens for my medication needs but I'm seriously considering changing to another pharmacy."
