"The other reviews talk about this place having friendly and professional service, but that's a lie. It's a hassle for me to go into town, but they said I had to come in for my first pickup before I could set up delivery. I made a big deal over the phone about asking if there was anything I needed to bring, and they said no. Then when I showed up, they wouldn't let me set up delivery because they demanded I show them some mail that proves my address. When I offered some alternatives, they acted like I was some kind of idiot for not understanding their instructions"
