"Not only unfriendly and rude but the pharmacist Kathleen refused to perform basic duties when I asked her nicely to correct a vaccination record card. This kind of attitude on her part makes me not only to avoid this pharmacy in the future but also to file an official complain with CVS management."

"Today they lost a customer of over 20 years. All because of a rude and insensitive pharmacist. 3 days before running out of a seizure meds they still had not notified us of any issues. I called and asked about it. Spoke with a female pharmacist. She did not care that the medication is important in keeping my child well and seizure free. With a nasty tone she claimed they have been trying to get it in. Which is a lie, because every month we get text notifications when they order the medication during processing. Did not get the said text in till after the phone call. Called on my lunch break to make sure it would be in before running out in a few days. Was told that it most likely wouldn't be in as it on its way to the warehouse and it must be back ordered. I had already prepared and called another pharmacy who could get it in tomorrow and asked about it being back ordered. Was informed it was not and its just special order because it is name brand. On the phone with cvs asked to have medication transferred as we need it before we run out. Was told to hold. Pharmacist picks up the phone and rudely states I won't transfer the medication because you are making me lose business. She started speaking over me while I tried to explain that we could not wait longer then 2 days for the medication because we only have a few days. Still being nasty she refused again to transfer it. They were not losing us, we just needed another pharmacy to get the medication this month. As it is a daily medication for life and has been since my child was just a few hours old. We have had several issues since cvs took over this pharmacy. Those we got past and even had other medication transferred by cvs to a pharmacy that would be better priced. They knew this medication is needed monthly and just did not care."

"The pharmacists change a lot but have always been kind. The techs, however, could use some training in customer service. The female working today (8/5) was incredibly rude when I called to politely ask a simple question."
