"Dude with the white beard and hair at the gate is super slow. They need to replace him with someone faster. He can't do more than one task at a time. If your drop and hook expect delays if he is at the gate."
"Update. Now they rebuilt the guard check to do the check in process and is way better than before. Just need the T-number and they will give you a door right away. In and out in about 2 hours or less."
"The waiting time is minimum 4 hours o more. The only good things is that they always , have bottles of water on pallets for you to carry"
"Arrive early many times before appt. Got door immediately and was worked in between other loads. Lost star due to no bathroom or vending. Everyone friendly and professional. Huge lot, easy docking. Check-in and out at gate now, seal in trailer. There's overnight parking if you clear it with yard dogs."
"It’s a one for me this the second time I been here and both times I waited over 12 hours to be loaded then they switched my appointment time because the product isn’t ready I been here since 8:30am it is now 2:23am that’s ridiculous and unacceptable I asked could I drop my trailer in the door to leave nobody knew if I can or can’t they could have told me to leave and come back at my right appointment time but yet they let me sit in door 42 for over 12 hours do better and it’s more then one driver that’s been sitting more then 12 hours please communicate that’s all I’m disappointed in this company….."
