"I must say, and it is truly worth noting after receiving inconsistent service previously with another company, that Logan and now Luis are the absolute BEST when it comes to providing consistently good pool cleaning service. Luis was here today and I really appreciate his dedication and commitment to providing consistent, quality service every Thursday, and with a high level of customer satisfaction! I was very happy to see how well he cleaned my pool. Luis even went above and beyond to take a look at my spa jets, and although he said he was not a repairman, he got them working for me. I truly value and appreciate the initiative he took. He said he’ll also put in an order to have someone look at the jets since two of them recently stopped working regularly. It’s rare these days to hear people like Logan, and Luis today, actually tell a customer like me that they are here to ensure my happiness and satisfaction. Luis explained that he’d be here every Thursday, and he even provided me with his personal contact information to message him if I had any questions or concerns in the future.
