"Well, I give them two (2) stars because they were at least knowledgeable. They cleaned the pool three times and then just disappeared. Never came back, never returned my calls, never even billed us. UNBELIEVABLE. What is wrong with this company? So absolutely unprofessional. I waited, called, texted for almost two (2) weeks before just going ahead and canceling my service, writing bad reviews and just being angry with The Pool Butler all around. Never heard from them. What a Florida-company joke."
