"Absolute rip off. Mike is deceitful, not professional, and does not do quality work. He told me he was shutting his business doors down in December and not doing business anymore. That’s a great idea because he doesn’t do what’s promised. So maybe bankruptcy is in his very near future. We signed an agreement in January. I gave a deposit. They did not start the work until April. The pavers are a complete disaster. Absolute terrible product. They wiggle and jiggle. The cuts were not done right- and he did not even make sure that they were all the proper color when they were delivered the pool surface wasn’t even done the color that was chosen he did it another color and now I’m stuck with pavers in a pool that I did not order and so I will be taking him to court. The expensive tiles that are decoration in the pool they did not even clean the surface off so the entire tile is exposed. I missing part of my shell.. on top of the fact that the jeweled glass bottom that I chose does not sparkle at all because of improper application. He hires out other contractors to do the job and they don’t know what they’re doing. Save your money do not use this company you will regret every second of it. The sides and the bottom of the shell are missing and it’s too late to do anything about it look at the picture. See you soon Mike. Valerie Angelique"
