"Jay did a great job on my grandfather’s pool equipment. I was out of town, and he was having trouble with his old filter and pump from 1985. I was worried the service call would turn into a more expensive repair, but that was not the case at all! Jay was able to troubleshoot the issue and got everything up and running in no time. My grandfather really appreciated that Jay took the time to inspect the pump, and that he had common parts available on his work van to get it running again on the spot. Thanks Jay!"

"Jacob, the manager, does not want to help me solve my problem after selling me an $1100 salt cell that is not adequate for my pool that now has no chlorine in it and is full of algae. Instead he hangs up on me and does not want to communicate. obviously I would not recommend."

"this location is the perfect example of a scammers, they charge you for service thats never done, one day they sent me invoice for more 7 things had been done and for the first time for the last 2 years i decided to review my pool camera to see whats had done, and i was shocked the guy spent 3 minutes only clean the basket only, and when i called to complain about the guy over there is called Price told that he will send someone next day to complete the job, and of course no one showed up i called again the owner answered me and he didn't care about what i said he was trying up sale me something i don't even need he was trying to convince me that's my filter need to be changed and when i told him NO i don't need it, he was so nasty talking to me, i hired other company and they found out lots of bad things had been done by them, they've been using bad chemicals, so i was paying for a cheaters for the last 2 years. i advice you don't even think to do business with this location"

"BEWARE!! WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED FROM A COMPANY!! Over the last year I have seen this company completely go down the drain. At first it was little things they forgot or didn’t do. Then anytime I had a question for my technician he was completely clueless about pools and pool equipment. I noticed he wasn’t cleaning my filter out so I would occasionally do it myself. Once I finally got a response from the owner about the technician doing it he tried and completely broke our filter. He blamed old equipment but I had done it several times with no problems. I let that slide even though it was $1200 to replace. On march 6th my technician came to my house and was here less than 8 minutes. (I work from Home). He proceeded to write on his report that he vacuumed my pool, cleaned the filter, cleaned out the skimmer basket and added chemicals. When I went out after to check on his service it was a complete lie! He didn’t do any of those things. He also left my side gate open and my large dog came very close to getting out. So at that point I decided I should email the company to let them know I was unhappy with the way my pool was left and get the manager involved. WOW I am just floored with their response. I am a business owner and I would never treat any customer much less a customer of many years the way they treated me. First they didn’t even reply to email until I reached out again 4 days later and said I would stop by to talk. Then they gave every excuse to my concerns (even though I sent pictures) they never ever once apologized and said they want to make it right. I told the owner I didn’t want to switch companies I would just like my service done correctly and be given some level of customer service. I shared a recent review from someone else and told him I was feeling the same way. He then proceeded to tell me I was banned from any further communication with them!! Seriously. That’s your solution? I have all copies of the emails. To make matters worse they drafted the payment on March 3rd. Gave me terrible service March 6th and haven’t returned since I emailed to inform them about their technician. They are stealing our money! Just do yourself a favor and find a company that actually cares about their reputation and service in our community."
