"It took them 9 months just to get permits, because they would not follow my town’s building ordinances, even though I told them prior to the design . They did not mark the utility lines prior to digging as they were supposed and then blamed me when they hit a power line on the first day of digging, which I had to pay to repair. It took a total of 1.5 years to finish my pool. Many plumbing leaks and equipment problems all along the way. The pool is finally done and while it does look nice, the pavers all around the pool are all settling. I’ve only had water in the pool a few months and they will not warranty their work. Now I have to pay someone else to fix the pavers in my new pool."
