"Terrible experience with this company. Nobody seems to know what they are doing. Pool,pergola and outdoor kitchen project still pending and having the run arounds. Need to get a lawyer to find out all the lies they keep telling. They show you all these amazing projects and they dont know what they are doing. Scheduling is a joke and the project manager keeps saying I will check and does not get back with any results just empty promises."

"We have now been waiting for 10 months for someone to come out and complete our pool and outdoor project. We have been promised on more than nine (9) occasions now that someone will be out "next week" or “tomorrow” to complete the work. Unbelievably, since last October we have sent more than 35 requests to try to get our project finished! That is beyond unacceptable. We have been waiting for 9 months for our pool surface to be completed. The surface was badly faded only four (4) days after our new pool was emptied and the surface acid washed to try to fix the issue. We still have a stained pool surface. Of the eight privacy panels you installed as part of our backyard project, more than half of them have either been broken or completely destroyed from recent storms. More than half of the podocarpus plants you installed as part of our backyard project died within only five months after installation. Our landscape lighting now has not been working for two months. The power cords for the landscape lights were never buried and they are just laying on top of the landscaping. You sent a manager out to our home on June 8 (Vitor) to review all of these items and he agreed that everything needed to be repaired. He guaranteed us that the work would be completed the following week. Nobody ever showed up to do the work. Since Vitor came to our home in June we have contacted you now on more than seven (7) occasions through email, WhatsApp, and via phone to try to get someone out to our home to complete the work, and each time we have been told "someone will be there tomorrow", or "we promise it will be done next week" and here we are nearly in September and we still have not seen a soul. At this point, we are unfortunately convinced that we are only receiving lip service and that you do not care about us as a customer."
