"Unfortunately I live in an area where there is no close by beauty supply stores. The store is 40 minutes away from me so I called to see if they had a product I needed for my daughter and get pricing but they refused to give me pricing over the phone and hung up on me. I even called back to explain my situation further and he still refused. I was hoping to decide on a regular beauty supply since I’m new to the area but since the customer service is obviously not a priority this won’t be it."
