"Lily was absolutely great! Called at last minute to get a complete set of nails and she was able to accommodate immediately! One of the great things with Lily, she listens to you and truly wants to have a conversation with you! Can’t wait to go back!"
"Not the greatest. Sat down to get my gel manicure and they didn't even soak my nails. Used a drill to trim my cuticle but it doesn't look like it did anything. They switched my nail tech 2 times and my pedicure tech 2 times also. Seemed like a lot was going on when I was just trying to relax. As I was getting my gel manicure the nail tech started dipping my nails on powder that I never asked for She said she was doing It because it would last longer. I Never asked for this nor did she ever ask me if this was ok. She basically just said she was doing it. Then charged me $10 more on top of adding gel polish on top. Now my nails are thick and ugly . So overall it was not very relaxing and my nails don't look pretty after spending $96."
"I tried Polished for the first time 2 weeks ago. Lily did my nails with her signature blend of dip and gel to ensure the manicure lasted as long as possible. The picture is after 2 weeks and I’m impressed to say the least. Typical my dips only last 10 days or so and start to pull up or chip off. Day 14 and still going strong."
"My normal nail lady has been on maternity leave but I’m going on a cruise and needed to get my nails done. I checked out polished day spa and was pleasantly surprised by the atmosphere and friendly staff. Their prices are very good especially with design. Lyn did an excellent job and really took her time to make sure my nails turned out great! I was very happy that they took the time to take care of my cuticles as well. I was also offered a beverage to enjoy at the beginning of my service as well. I will definitely be returning!"
