"I walked in as a last minute treat-yourself since I had a job interview the next day. During the hair washing I felt like nothing was really cleaned (I have a lot of thick hair) and I had to ask her to cut it more than she originally did. The cut was okay, but she did an awful job at blow drying. She seemed rushed, and kept answering the phones while doing my hair. I left the salon with really frizzy hair, and had to finish the job at home."

I've seen her three times now and in those times she has corrected my hair colour, brightened my hair colour, and provided a cut which topped off the look I was hoping to achieve. She is patient, listens carefully to what you want, and adds advise when needed. An added bonus... She's a fun person to chat with while she works her artistry on my hair. I can't imagine going to any other stylist. Urban Hair Lounge is fortunate to have her on their team!"
