"I had a problem with my sand pump earlier this week. My 17 yr old son and I had been trying to change our the sand in the pump and the lateral got stuck to the lid which led to much bigger problems. We finally reached a point where we knew we needed professional, knowledgeable help. So we went to pinch a penny on Normandy Blvd. The staff there are always kind and helpful. They do everything they can to help. Ken went above and beyond. He not only helped us get the lateral off, (which was a physically difficult task) he also took it outside and cleaned all the sand out of it and helped us put the valve cover back together completely. The staff there always go above and beyond and you can tell they really love helping their customers!"

"Just a quick shout out to the team at this Pinch a Penny location. Have been a recurring customer for some time and have always found the staff to be pleasant and helpful as much as possible (Even if I don't necessarily agree with some of their company / store return policies). Despite this, they generally try to go out of their way to make you happy and are always willing to share advice. My only recommendation for customers is to remember to ask about their return policy before you walk out of the store so there's no uncomfortable misunderstanding down the road when trying to return a replacement item that was received less than 30 days after the first item had to be returned because it didn't work. I understand this is a family owned and operated business so I'll remain a customer despite my most recent unpleasant experience."
