"So if you’re thinking of building a pool … keep in mind it’s not IF you run into problems … it’s WHEN. I’d heard that before - but honestly never expected problems to happen to MY pool. But - sure enough - we had issues at almost every stage of the process. In the grand scheme of things nothing was major … but definitely issues. Our permitting had glitches…the original concrete lanai was supposed to stay but then we had to rip it out at the last minute …. the defective marble tiles had to be re-set and then replaced altogether … the cage had to be reworked TWICE. Our project manager, Warren, was the absolute BEST. He’s part project manager, part therapist and 100% “let’s get this done right” dude. Due to the stars aligning in just the wrong way … we had more than our share of issues. All beyond anyone’s control. But every single one of them was corrected. Coast to Coast very easily could have not taken our calls or not made things right. We would have very little recourse against a big company like them. We were always at their mercy. But they did us right every step of the way. Warren was honest with us from day one - telling us the timeline is fluid depending on what glitches we might encounter (never guessing we’d encounter EVERY glitch haha). He was always on top of things making sure they moved forward - and more important that they moved forward CORRECTLY. When he needed more backing, he brought in Chance - who graciously came to our site on more than a few occasions to help expedite course correction. Just about everyone we came in contact with throughout this whole process was top notch. Chris took us through pool school and was awesome. His exact words, “I’m in no rush we can go through everything as long as you need me to.” He even gave us his cell number and said to call ANY time, even on weekends. Who does that?!! And Jessica was very very helpful, tracking down our salesman when we ran into a screening issue. I never had to worry about her getting back with us when she said she would. She was always good for her word. It’s taken a year but we absolutely LOVE our pool and feel comfortable knowing it was built right. If we can go through all the issues we went through … and still LOVE our project manager and the company - well that’s saying a lot. Florida is a tough market filled with lots of companies who cheat their customers of quality work. I can honestly say Coast to Coast is not one of those. We are lifetime fans and so grateful for the beautiful, great quality work they did for us. Highly highly recommend them!!!"

After having a few concerns during the construction, Dustin took the time to personally meet 1 on 1, giving me his undivided attention, and addressed every single one of my needs-which resulted in a much needed eruption of relief.
