"Went to check out the Shea Homes Models and they are staged beautifully. The homes also have very nice finishes compared to other builders. Semi custom homes in Central Florida. Well established community with miles of trails, dog parks, gym and many other amenities including a on site full service restaurant."

"Beware of Shea homes. Lovely well built home but they are not loyal to their homeowners. They sold the community to DR Horton homes and left us high and dry and never looked back. The prices of our homes have continued to drop while the HOA continues to raise! This is not how I wanted to spend my retirement years!"

"Bought here in 2017 as Trilogy. Was never told that Shea didn't own the property. They then let Horton outbid them, we lost the Trilogy brand and Horton took away the 55+. We now have teenagers and young families and the neighborhood is ruined. . This place will be a disaster in five years. If you want 55+ run away. Dr Horton has ruined this place because She's lied to us and we bought inti a Trilogy lifestyle that we lost because of their mismanagement"

"Bought the dream house in a beautiful 55+ community as was promised. Since I moved in had nothing but unresolved issues. Come to find out that it is not a 55+ community. The HOA is only good to collect the fees… from day one, nothing but false promises. My yard looks terrible, they promised to fix it and never did. We have been waiting for 7 months and nothing is being done. The main issue is the sprinklers system. It doesn’t work so the grass and some of the plants are dead! Waiting for action as promised by several people and the landscaping company, but nothing is done yet. Still waiting… Internet didn’t work from day one, resulting in loss of school time and classes (which I had to pay for anyways, grad school is not cheap), and a whole year of graduate studies was postponed due to the forced classes withdrawal. Because of that, my plan for actually starting a business is delayed at least a year after already “starting” the business! More loss of fees and income. Internet was fixed for a while, but to date, still having issues with it! Very frustrating! My mother (70 yo who mainly lives at the house), started to stress to the point where its causing her health issues, including backaches from pulling all the weed that was supposed to be done by the landscape company (Cepra). Please don’t be fooled by the beautiful landscaping, roads (with the speeding cars), and the pretty pool (that usually is filled with kids). They do a beautiful job on keeping the main roads looking perfect, but not our yards. That’s not what many of the community members signed up for and many are complaining about the poor service and the false promises. I do love my neighbors and respect many of the wonderful people that live here!"
