"8 Feb 2024 - The property is dated, but well-maintained. The separate lobby/office building appears to be in the middle of a facelift. My king room was larger than I expected, with an 9 or 10' long combination office desk and hallway table with dresser drawers. Electrical outlets well-positioned; even the desk lamp is designed well. The height adjustment on the firmly cushioned office chair actually works! That's a truly rare find in the motel universe. Internet WiFi service is fast with an easy connect. The bed is flanked by end tables and lamps, as well as adjustable directed mini-lights for reading, like those used by airlines. The mattress is supportive, but the thick (6"-7") foam pillows tilts the head to one side, causing a sore neck the fallowing morning. There's also a leatherette swivel armchair (mine was broken), a matching ottoman, and a side table. The kitchenette has a toaster, coffee maker, and a 5' high, 2' wide top freezer/refrigerator. The cloudy appearance of the hot water is caused by small air bubbles that soon dissipate (not uncommon). The television is large enough to be viewed from the bed, and the Cox cable service includes an on-screen channel guide. That's quite rare, and most welcome. But the TV blared loudly and the volume control didn't work. The bath has a full-size shower with a sliding glass door. The AC/Heat unit is quiet and responsive. A large patio with table and chairs faces a pleasant view of a swimming pool, hedges, and willow trees. The only obstacle to a 5-star review was the guest noise. The self-closing room doors should be dampened more to prevent the slamming that echoes up and down the hallway. Some guests were inconsiderate - loud talking outside my door, and TV audio in an adjacent room. Employees Ray and Noreplys were gracious and helpful. Note: It's OK to smile a little, Noreplys :-) In short, this Studio 6 ranks very high in value and convenience, but the noise is disturbing. Four stars."

"What a great experience at this hotel. The price was fantastic, rooms were clean, beds were comfortable and very quiet. It's located close to I75. We were at the front desk and the owner came out and introduced himself. He wanted to make sure everything was okay. It's obvious that he wants to make sure everyone's stay is great and that same attitude is reflected in the staff. I highly recommend this hotel."

"They were the host hotel for the show I was going to. It was a great experience. Rooms were spacious and clean. Clean bathrooms, which is very important to me. They staff was very helpful and friendly."

"How this place received anything over 1 star is a mystery , if I could give a negative I would. There is tons of hair in the bed and what looks like dirt (I hope it’s only dirt). The shower has reddish stains on the floor that I’m trusting are not blood stains. They cancelled my reservation and then tried to charge me 50% more than my reserved price, I should have left then. They put us in this building because, and I quote, “you don’t want to be in building three with your daughter.” It’s truly awful, the only benefit is that the rooms aren’t carpeted. We booked three nights but I’m leaving after one night and I’ll fight for a refund. And there is a dead roach in the shower."

"Was recommended to stay here with the horse show I was attending. This is a fantastic location. Rooms were nice and clean and were very spacious. They have a very large pool area that was nice to just look out onto from my window. I will be back here again next year."
