"Absolute worst hotel experience of my life. I booked through Priceline and Sleep Inn charged me AGAIN - and I had to fight for months to have the erroneous charge removed. A family member who was staying at the same hotel checked out upon arrival because he found a cockroach. Management will NOT even hear your concerns. I called 5-6 times to try to speak to a manager and I was told that I would receive a callback but never did. Originally they said that they recently changed management and the new manager "Shawn?" would return my call, but never did. Without a doubt though - I feel like I was treated differently by this place because of the way that I look. I wish they would just flat out say it though. If you don't want my business or business from people who look like me, then just say so and save us all the time and trouble. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!"

"This is definitely one of the better Suites I've stayed in. Everybody in my family came down with covid so I decided to stay there for a week. Very clean and friendly and definitely a plus. They haven't cleaned my room, but maybe that's my doing I'm not sure. Definitely well worth the money"

"Second time we stayed here and definitively the last one. This time we stayed with our small dog for 3 nights. The first room received had an awful wet dog smell so we had to switch rooms. They gave us the room next to it which at least didn't have the bad smell. Both rooms had the floors all buckled up, the ac had a puddle of water below and there was a dehumidifier that wasn't working (so they know the room has some water issues). The bed sheets and covers were dirty and/or stained. This hotel doesn't clean their rooms daily and if you stay less than 3 days they won't clean it even if you request it. Then to top it off they charge about $15 extra per night for a "dog friendly" room plus $25 per night per pet. So on average about $40 additional per night to possibly have one of the worst rooms in this hotel. Now don't waste your time complaining to the staff because they don't care. Even complained to "general manager" at check-out and she just made up some excuses. Really don't understand how this hotel has more than 4 stars reviews. There are definitely better options around here."

"Perfect for our needs. I do not usually stay in this level hotel, but that being said, it was extremely clean. Staff were friendly. It was 5 star for price paid and what it was. I gave the rooms a 2 star only because although very clean, there were stains on the bed covers, carpet, curtains, and shower curtain; a gap under door; shower curtain had holes and was tattered. The tub was immaculate, and had perfectly placed grab bars. Sheets were clean, bed and pillows comfy."

"When I get a hotel room there are 3 things I look for. Price, cleanliness, and bathroom quality. The price was average me and my mom paid around $100 for the room, 2 queen beds. It didn't seem like a high quality hotel so I was worried about the rooms but surprisingly the room we got was super clean the floor and furniture didn't have any dust anywhere. There were no bugs or anything like that and there weren't any stains either. The bathroom was pretty decent. The shower had nice pressure the sink gets hot water really quickly maybe 5 seconds and it's scolding the bathroom itself had average space the towels were brand new the soaps smelled great (I personally bring my own though). My only nitpick is the office chair and arm chair are both really uncomfortable but the beds make up for it so I just sat on the bed instead."
