"Ezra came out to give us estimates on several things in May 2021. He was on time & nice. We decided to go with the most pressing things some rotted wood to be replaced behind a gutter and the back porch ceiling siding coming down. He showed up on time & worked hard. The project seemed to be completed so we paid him immediately (same day) with a check which cleared the bank immediately. When the first big rain came the gutter which was only having issues in one area now has issues in several areas. The ceiling on the porch is now coming loose again and worse. I have communicate with Ezra several times between June 3rd until now to set up a time to come fix the problems. He has said he would get back to me to get it scheduled. I still have not heard or seen him. All I want is either the problems fixed or our money refunded so I can get the problems fixed."
