"There a lady working there not sure what her name is but was there today a 1230 pm and she is a problem 3rd time stopping at this store 2 of them she was a problem today we forgot our ice came back after only driving 2 properties down and she wouldn't give us our ice smh we will not be visiting this store for nothing at all ever again"
"Went to pump gas at this station normally at 1 5 gallons it would register. Ask the person at the register and acted like I was at fault. I simply asked a question because I felt like I bought nothing but air. Normally you'll feel a flow in the nozzle but i didnt."
"Normally I get good service there. I've lived in Bagdad since 1980. Tonight was a different story. I got two gatorades, a bag of mixed nuts, and a cold coffee drink for in the morning. I accidentally paid with the wrong card, a card that I have to have money on for an upcoming bill. I asked him if he could cancel the transaction and let me run it on the correct card. He got a little bit of an attitude but said he would, but that it would take 3 days for it to go back on. I said fine. Well the items popped back up on the screen he told me to run the card. I thought he meant the new card that I wanted to put the items on. He raised his voice and said no, run the same card. I said okay don't yell at me I will. He said I didn't yell at you. I said, okay well don't raise your voice at me please. He said there's nothing I can do for you. I called customer service but have not heard back from them yet. I'll be going to Circle K from now on."
"love this store use it often. JoAnne is one of the best store Managers I have ever seen. She is friendly, kind, and has a heart of gold, and keeps her employees in line at all times. She doesn't mind jumping in and helping wherever needed. JoAnne muah-muah see you soon."
