"I am giving them one star because this is the third time they have given me an incorrect order. Previously they left off the bread entirely or gave me the wrong type of chicken. This time they left the chicken off my salad entirely. I tried calling the store 3 times and each time the phone is never answered and I am eventually disconnected. Everyone makes mistakes, but their quality control is horrible. If you decide to order take out from here, but sure you check each and every item carefully before leaving the store. I will not longer be wasting my time or money here."
"Cooks who plated the food could have been better. Not much in the sandwiches. Trays would help alot carrying food to the table. There was a couple of workers that we're nice the rest didn't seem to care very much."

Ordered new cinnamon crunch bagel, egg, ham and cheese sandwich... got home and no egg on sandwich. Date 12/2/23 - order #1338214, guest #214... receipt stated to let manager know if order is now right... called several times no answer.. took sandwich back ...."
"I ordered the Mediterranean chicken bowl. It was all sauce, and barely any chicken. This hasn't happened at this location before. They're usually a lot better than this.. not sure what's going on."
"The cashier Candace was so extremely patient and kind as we tried to figure out what we wanted to eat. She really made an impression on the level of service at the location. The food is always good, but her attitude and personality made me actually take time to write a review"
