"Very poor experience thanks to employee who’s name really is “Karen”. Long story short…I asked how long before a pepperoni pizza would be ready and she replied 6-10 min…I never left the counter, literally stood there for almost 10 min when another customer purchasing some cheese sticks asked for 2 pepperoni pizzas and “Karen” gave him both the pepperoni pizzas right out the oven!!!…when I asked was there another pepperoni pizza, she said it will be another 10min…I said are you kidding me, I have been standing here in you face waiting and you sold the other customers the pizza??? She said I should have pre-paid for it…I said he didn’t pre-pay!! He asked you did you have any and you gave him both, not to mention I’ve been standing here the whole time…Then I asked for a supervisor and she turns her back and walks away…not even an apology!!!!"
