"Sooooooooo, very easily on the receipt it says step by step what to add to the pizza and stuff. Very easily understandable, plain English, literally says what to do and what to add. Now I understand if they were out of items but a phone call goes a long way. However, I don’t think this was a “out of stock” issue but more of a following clear directions. Said on the receipt light cheese -gave me loaded cheese, garlic sauce crust - gave me plain nothing crust, old world pepperonis -gave me none, and I asked for a ranch cup to which I did not receive. Great first impression, will not be ordering again. If I do it’s going to be a long long time."

"Tonight I Ordered a Medium Pizza, Couple of Toppings... Driver Arrived w/o 2 Toppings. Driver Left to Retrieve my One Topping. I Called Back and Got Argued with, No Apologies, and Driver Coming Back with Your Topping! Driver Arrived Aprox an Hour Later.Dry Pizza, I Gave Back the Pizza w/o asking for Refund. The Second Driver was Kind Gave an Apology for Everyone's Behavior but Knew Nothing About The Incident. I Only Ordered from Mar os in the Past...You LOST A GOOD CUSTOMER MARCOS."
