"Their menus were broken, they weren't stocked very well with napkins and straws but the service was good. I'm not a general fan of Krystal's and really stop here for my husband, so I won't review the food. Hopefully this location gets a refresh."

"Waiting at counter to take 36 Burgers home. 3 employees behind counter. No one served me. Sunday at 11 am. I refuse to stand in an empty restaurant to give away my hard earned dollars. Walked out , went to McDonald's. Made me and class happy."

"Always nice. Food is always good. Price seems to have gone up. The donut hole is to die for. Especially when they just pulled them out the fryer and put that glaze on. Oh my!!! Better than Krispy cream Donuts. And their breakfast is really good. I just wish they had one here in Fernandina beach. There so far away. Soon as I know we have to go that way. It's a must stop here before we keep going."

"8.22.22 @6pm - Tried Krystal's for the first time with my family. It is very similar to White Castle in that it sells sliders (mini sandwiches). We ordered a combo of 5 Krystals with cheese (mini cheeseburgers), chili cheese tots, and a drink. The burgers all come with diced onions cooked in them (prepackaged). The food was pretty good for what it was (processed, prepackaged), but it was hot and "fresh" and customer service was good. I would eat here again. Total was less than $9. I prefer White Castle though."
