"I came to this Starbucks location to finish my afternoon working and to enjoy a coffee. At first I felt that I had chosen well since there were many people studying and working and I thought it was the right place to be able to concentrate. But as the minutes went by I saw how wrong I was. The noise caused by the employees of this store was unbearable. The exaggerated laughter of the baristas didn't let me concentrate. They had personal conversations with each other, which I heard all thanks to the High volume of your conversations. The baristas are very young and apparently don't know about prudence and education. I really left this place with a headache."

"I used to go to the store all the time until the quality of their drinks went down. I go to various Starbucks across the Miami area and this is by far the worst. With service, and product quality. The last time I ordered my drink through the drive-through They incorrectly made it, and I returned it at the window. After doing so, they handed me back the exact same drink that had just been re-blended. I proceeded to talk to customer service about this and nothing has been changed. The quality at the store has gone down tremendously and I’m honestly just disappointed. The entire new round of staff that they have hired is rude and doesn’t care about customer service. As I’ve said that my drink is made incorrectly in the drive-through before and I brought it up to their attention, and have been met with rolling of the eyes and scoffing. Honestly just disappointed the way that the store has gone downhill"
"I really recommend and loved this location in Doral. It wasn’t as busy as expected, nice quiet spot to chat or study. The Baristas were fantastic and had great energy/ attitudes. Especially Jazmine, she was very fast and made sure to make our coffee exactly as requested. She made the best Salted Carmel Ice Coffee and Pumpkin Vanilla Ice coffee. When in the area, I will only return to this Doral Starbucks location. They know how to make coffee!!!"
