"There's something undeniably comforting about Chili's. Maybe it's the familiar menu, the lively atmosphere, or just the promise of satisfying Tex-Mex flavors. I was craving that classic Chili's experience, and they definitely didn't disappoint. The place was packed, always a good indicator, and the energy was upbeat. We snagged a table and were immediately greeted by our friendly server. Naturally, we kicked things off with their Presidente Margaritas. These are not for the faint of heart. We sipped those alongside a mountain of chips and salsa, which is always a good starter. The main event, though, was the fajitas. There's just something so satisfying about that sizzling platter arriving at your table, the aroma of grilled meat and peppers filling the air. We opted for the steak and chicken. The tortillas were warm and soft, perfect for building our own little fajita masterpieces with all the fixings. Of course, no Chili's feast feels complete without their Long Island Iced Tea. This is where they truly shine. The service was on point throughout the night, even with the crowd. Our server was attentive without being overbearing, and the food came out surprisingly fast. All in all, Chili's delivered exactly what I wanted: flavorful food, fun drinks, and a vibrant atmosphere that's perfect for catching up with family."

"Had the Nashville hot chicken crisper combo. The chicken was nice and crispy but the Nashville hot sauce was nothing close to being anything spicy. The price and drinks were very reasonable"

"Where to start, our chips and salsa, the chips looked like someone had dripped a vat of oil all over them, my sons burger looked the same and like if it was smushed to death and the floors were super dirty in the women’s bathroom, like if it hadn’t been cleaned in forever. Not coming to his location again. Our server was really nice though so I’ll give you that one star because of her."

"The hostess seated us very quickly. The waiter was rude. 1 of the 3 meals were brought out, not by our waiter.. We waited a while then asked a different waiter if he would check on the meals. Our waiter never came to our table to ask how the 1 meal was or to say anything about the missing meals. After 30 minutes a person in our group got up and asked where the food was..another 10 minutes it came out. Again our waiter didn't bring it out. He never stopped by our table to see if everything was OK or if we needed anything else. The food was very good the service from the one waiter was Terrible. After we received the check it had an extra charge for a cake. We never ordered a cake. We went to the manager who was very helpful. Again this coward of a server never came over. He was standing by the bar on the other side of the restaurant. He didn't even come to us and apologize for his terrible service and attitude. He definitely needs a lot of training."
