"I've been coming here for 9+ years with my family and friends. The prices have doubled if not tripled in some cases. A $3 hotdog is now $5. To add grilled cheese went from $1 to $3. Fries went from $2 to $5. Want a grilled steak cachapa with cheese? Be ready to pay $28. The previous time they wouldn't let us bring our reusable water bottles and made us put them in the car. They got rid of the free water dispenser inside. The music stopped at 9pm. The food is still delicious but if you're going to make these changes you will alienate your most loyal and longtime customers. What's next? Charging for sauces? A machine to insert quarters to dispense them? Charging for the bathroom? And then to ask for a 18%, 20% or 22% tip? Ha! No way. We have gone from weekly customers to maybe 2-4 times a year. What a shame."
"I love all of you. The thousands who has tremendous experiences that I craved. I was that lowly one. I’m the exception. I got the worst of the worst. Frozen patty not fully cooked. Day old toppings. I’m sure they’re fantastic but not on this try. Drop the ball completely. Worst burger over ever had. Literally. I mean. When I buy frozen ones and barely cook them at home they’re far beyond this trash. Dude. Legit raw beef. Raw. Enjoy"

"Customer beware!! Do not go to this place. Our car was towed at 1am and the manager knew about it and did not say anything. When asked she said it was my problem not hers. She was extremely rude. There are no tow away signs anywhere. Not sure how they allow these kind of people to run an establishment. Owner should be ashamed of himself. Customers be careful your car will be towed!!"
"Good place to eat overall, food tastes amazing, 3 time eating but quality seemed a little off otherwise I could’ve given it 5 stars. The double burguer is amazing."
