"The place is cozy and spacious. I did have a hick up with my order. They did process a refund with no issues. Everyone was attentive and nice. Especially one lady that was helping me, didn’t get her name. Overall good experience."
"The lady with long blonde hair that works here is extremely rude . They always mess up my order and they refuse to make it right. This morning I ordered a Venti Cappuccino with some whipped cream I got something that looks like latte and half a cup of a venti. I paid for venti and gave a medium if not smaller . This is not the first time . They ALWAYS mess up my coffee and refuse to correct my $8 drink. You should hire people that know how to make coffee. Teach them that cappuccino has espresso with FOAM milk enough to to hold the whipped cream. If i wanted a latte and half filled i would order one. And yes I have been working in a coffee shop for ten years and know what’s right and wrong. This place is a joke and the people that work there as well."
"This is a great new location. Very spacious inside and the furniture is nice, also has good outside seating. Long overdue for this part of Venice. Glad that it’s here."
