"Horrible service. Drive-through only. Don't even try to order online, they do not have 50% of regular breakfast menu including bagels. Visited on January 4th 2024, the shift manager was extremely rude. After I realized that the bagels I ordered were not in the bag and politely asked to bring it to me I heard a lot of nasty words and a "fairy tale" about a truck with the bagels that came empty."
"This Dunkin is regularly “out” of what I ask for. Usually it’s the double chocolate donuts, today their latte machine was broken and they “weren’t sure” if they could make 25 ct of blueberry munchkins. Surprising that this has been a consistent theme over the last 12 months. It’s within a couple miles of house so I keep trying to give it another chance. Hopefully they read reviews and improve so we can go there."
"I leave my house at 4 a.m. so I have time to go out of my way to get coffee before work and twice now in the last week I get there and an employee truck is blocking the drive thru yet all lights are on as if they are open. Can not begin to explain how aggravating and inconvenient it is."
"I live near this Dunkin’ Donuts full time for 3+ years(seasonal 10+ years) and there’s always an excuse why the lobby is not open and you can’t mobile order. This is the worse Dunkin l have experienced and I travel all over the US for my job. Food is as ordered but it’s the inconvenience of no mobile ordering and the lobby not open. Today there is a leak inside! I really wonder if that’s true! Maybe it’s time to become a Starbucks customer!"
"The place is big and in the morning it gets really crowded with people but the staff is really nice, friendly and patient. I had to make a large order for myself and 4 people more so it was a little complicated to order, specially when not all of us were knew what to order. Latoiya was taking my order and and she was really nice and friendly."
