"The two of us showed up shortly after 9:00 a.m. to a line of 5 people ahead of us in line inside and about the same number of vehicles in the drive thru. Horribly long time waiting. While in line 3 employees showed up...probably 15-25 minutes late. Once they showed the lines quickly moved. Selection of donuts SUCKS. The coffee is VG and extremely hot. Restaurant was clean until a leak in the ceiling was discovered dripping down. Staff was very friendly. I won't be rushing back anytime soon."
"I went in today to grab a snack and a drink while I sat in store to Study for a test I have coming up... The staff went above and beyond to accommodate and assist me today. Not only was the service was quick but the workers were just so friendly and helpful. The shift manager on duty was the best!! And the worker Evan, was friendly and made me feel super welcomed!! I definitely recommend coming to this location."
"Marlena took care of us she was so nice and the other staff was incredible.. I have never met a nicer group of people. We messed up on a drink order and felt so bad. They were so gracious and thoughtful even though though they were so busy. Thank you so much!!!"
"The service was the best part of our visit. There was one lady doing everything. Samantha was making the order before us and turned to us and asked if we were ordering food, we said yes and told her what we wanted and see started preparing it before she came to to counter to take our order. We ordered 2 of the chorizo sausage burritos. For drinks we got the frozen coffee with french vanilla, Carmel drizzle on the cup with sweet cold foam. It was better than Starbucks at half the price. She was very polite even though she was very busy with customers orders."
"This place is lacking in all areas; customer service, cleanliness, food quality (barely cooked food), and inventory (basically out of donuts by 7:30am). If the actions/ attitude of a business reflect on those managing them, it might be time to clean house. The price gouging at this location is also incredible; other Duncan's in this area charge almost .70 less per item. Last visit to this location; so over you."
