"The AM shift sucks. The girl that makes my coffee makes the most flavorless coffee even with two shots of espresso. $7 for milk and coffee dust. The guy that works with her as the cashier is so dry and unwelcoming. Probably not coming back to this location."
"I went through the drive through, was there for less than 10 minutes. I ordered a hot chai and snacking bacon. The bacon was burnt and the chai tea was like warm at best when I got it."

"Bad customer service! Just disgusted by the behavior of the employee. All I did was ask questions abt the fillings of the donuts. Acting as if I was bothering her with my questions. Poor presentation of the donuts they looked old and there is dippings on the powdered doughnuts. Just horrible! I called another store was close by to exchange but they said that is not one of their stores. Whatever I just gave the donuts away. Waste of $8, bad place u cannot even get decent customer service. I totally given up on Duncan’. Ridiculous!!!"
"I always come to this Dunkin and i always see the same people and i love their service and food. I order the same thing everytime, today i i ordered a medium caramel iced coffee(cream and sugar) with a bacon egg cheese on a plain bagel. there were different faces today so i assumed they were new. They gave me a small coffee at first and i said it was a medium, they gave me a medium and the coffee didnt even look like it had cream or sugar in it!! i couldnt even taste the caramel! i had to “fix” it at home and add more “cream” i had milk, and more sugar.. didnt even taste like a caramel iced coffee at that point and my bacon egg cheese had NO CHEESE when i got home. i was very displeased with my order and next time im just going to have them re-do my coffee on the spot and check my food before hand, i shouldnt have to do this and waste other’s time but i pay money for this and i would want it done correctly and get the food i ordered.."
